1. What this website is
This is an independent informational platform about the residential site at Holland Plain, Bukit Timah, District 10, awarded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority to Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd on 12 May 2026. It is not an official website of the developer, is not endorsed by the developer, and does not represent the developer. Enquiries are handled exclusively by CEA-licensed real estate salespersons.
2. Information may change
Site facts on this website are drawn from URA tender records and published industry reports as at the date shown on the project page. The developer has not yet released a project name, unit mix, sizes, floor plans, renderings, prices, launch date or completion date, and this website does not show or estimate any of them. All information is subject to change and to confirmation by the developer, does not form part of any offer or contract, and should be verified against the developer's official materials before any decision.
3. No offer, booking or advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, an invitation to treat or an option to purchase. Submitting the registration form does not reserve a unit, secure a price or create a booking. A showflat appointment, when one can be made, is a request and is not confirmed until the salesperson confirms it. The website does not give financial, legal or investment advice; consider your own circumstances and seek professional advice where needed.
4. Distances and the map
Distances on the project page are straight-line measurements from the site's estimated centre, calculated from public OneMap coordinates and rounded to 0.1 km; walking and driving routes are longer. The schematic diagram in the Overview section is drawn from the same coordinates for illustration only; it is not a survey, not a site plan and not to scale, and the site outline on it is indicative. The embedded Google map is centred on Old Holland Road, which fronts the site, and does not mark the parcel boundary. Proximity to a school confers no admission priority. Transport facilities described as planned, including the Cross Island Line interchange at King Albert Park, are not yet in operation and their timing may change.
5. Use of the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape it, submit false details, interfere with its operation or use it to send unsolicited messages. The website contains no links to external websites other than the embedded Google map, which is governed by Google's terms.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and diagram on this website belong to its operator. Project names and the developer's name belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the site and the awarded developer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
